Although we have a very small incidence for technical support (less than 1/2 of 1%) for Pring Products, there are times when users do need help.  If you cannot find your answer in the support text below, please fill out the support form and submit it to our support technician and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.

Broken/Damaged/Noncompatible CDs  - If you purchase a book in a bookstore or other source besides Pring Research and the CD is damaged or will not run on your system, please return the product from where you purchased it. Pring Research will not replace for free any CDs that are damaged unless you purchase the product from us directly.

For TIGER support, please email tiger@pring.com.

64-bit error.  If you have received some type of a 64-bit error, running CDs - not DVDs, in a Windows 7 operating system environment, we are aware of the issue and are working on an upgrade utility to correct this. We will post the fix as soon as it is available.

16 bit Windows subsystem...file not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.  If the autoexec.nt file is missing from your system32 folder, the 'Autoexec.nt file not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications' error will occur. In order to resolve this issue, the autoexec.nt file must be replaced.  Click here for directions.

If you get any other error while installing a CD - cancel out of the Autorun setup and install manually by using the Run command on the Start menu. You will then use the icon in the Program menu to launch the tutorial. The .dll is for the Autorun feature only, not the tutorial.

If you still are having difficulty trying to run your CD, please call 941-926-9664, or e-mail to support@pring.com.  Someone will get back to you as quickly as possible.  Please send your name, phone number and the exact problem you are having; i.e., "The Candle CD freezes on the opening screen when I try to install the CD using the Autorun option."
