Although we have a very small
incidence for technical support (less than 1/2 of 1%) for Pring
Products, there are
times when users do need help. If you cannot find your
answer in the support text below, please fill out the support form
and submit it to our support technician and a representative will
contact you as soon as possible.

If
you get any other error while installing a CD - cancel out of the
Autorun setup and install manually by using the Run command on the Start
menu. You will then use the icon in the Program menu to launch the
tutorial. The .dll is for the Autorun feature only, not the tutorial.
If
you still are having difficulty trying to run your CD, please call
941-926-9664,
or e-mail to support@pring.com.
Someone will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please send
your name, phone number and the exact problem you are having; i.e.,
"The Candle CD freezes on the opening screen when I try to install the
CD using the Autorun option."
